I first met the designers of WORKSTEAD a few years ago when they purchased on of my Listings as their first second hoe in Charleston. At the time they told me they had just been hired to design a hotel on Marion Square (which would eventually be the Dewberry) and wanted a second home in town to take on more Charleston design projects.

Since then they have completed the impeccably designed Dewberry, moved the manufacturing of their lighting line to Charleston and have moved into a more permanent Charleston home themselves. Having admired their work and their lighting for years I am so happy they have brought their talents to town. After seeing these photos of the Italianate townhouse they just renovated of Bull Street I think you will agree and will be thirsty for more future Workstead interiors.

A few takeaways I hope to one day implement at my house: cooper screens on my furture screened porch (don't you wish I'd gotten a photo of the screened porch?!!), the mirror and sink in front of the window in my eventual bathroom renovation and finally finding the perfect piece for my dining room in the WORKSTEAD "Signal" chandelier.
